REFUND POLICY

At Bravo Coffee, we operate internationally and ship products from Brazil to customers worldwide (excluding Brazil). Due to the nature of international shipping and customs regulations, we do not accept physical returns of products.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence

We will evaluate your case and, at our sole discretion, may:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund

Returns of the product will not be required.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened products

EUROPEAN UNION – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

However, due to international shipping constraints and import regulations, we do not require the physical return of the product.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, we may issue a refund. In some cases, we may request confirmation that the product will not be used further.


REFUNDS

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal)
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


CHARGEBACKS AND ABUSE

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Fraudulent claims
  • Abuse of our policies
  • Insufficient evidence

We hope you’ll love everything you order from us. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. Items must be returned clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Free UK Returns – How it works

  • Step 1: Generate a return label and locate a Post Office.
  • Step 2: Print your return label or use a QR code at Royal Mail.
  • Step 3: Package items, include dispatch note, and attach label.
  • Step 4: Visit the Post Office and show QR code if needed.

Important: Keep the proof of postage until your refund is received.

EU & International Returns

We do not offer free returns outside the UK. International customers must return at their own cost.

Postage Cost

We refund £3.99 standard shipping for full-price items if the full order is returned. Sale shipping and express shipping are non-refundable.

Statutory Rights

Our return service is in addition to your statutory rights. Worn or washed items may be refused and returned at your expense.
